Where is Trinity Preschool located?
Trinity Preschool is located at 50 Park Place in Lower Manhattan, two blocks from the PATH station and close to the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, and R trains.
How do I schedule a tour?
Please submit our online request form, and we will call you to schedule a day and time to meet and answer any preliminary questions you might have. We look forward to connecting with you!
Does Trinity Preschool accept infants?
Yes, Trinity Preschool welcomes children from three months to five years of age.
Is Trinity Preschool open year-round?
Trinity Preschool is open twelve months a year, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. See our schedule of holidays & closures.
What is the teacher-to-student ratio at Trinity Preschool?
Each classroom at Trinity Preschool has three teachers. Infant classrooms have up to 8 students, toddler classrooms have 10–12 students, and preschool classrooms have 15–20 students.
How long has Trinity Preschool been in the Lower Manhattan neighborhood?
Trinity Preschool has served Lower Manhattan, including nearby Battery Park City, TriBeCa, and the Financial District, for 35 years. Founded in 1982, Trinity Preschool was located at 68 Trinity Place until 2014, when it relocated to 50 Park Place.
What is Trinity Preschool’s leading philosophy?

How often do the children go outside?
Children at Trinity Preschool go outside for at least one hour each day, weather and individual nap schedules permitting.
Does Trinity Preschool help with kindergarten placement?
Yes, guidance is available for kindergarten placement. Whether you are interested in public or private kindergartens, graduates of Trinity Preschool benefit from the extensive network of relationships and institutional knowledge curated over decades of experience.
Is Trinity Preschool only for Episcopalians?
Trinity Preschool is for children with any or no faith background. The preschool is an outreach ministry of Trinity Church Wall Street, a growing Episcopal community focused on service to others. Preschool students ages three, four, and five attend weekly chapel sessions at historic Trinity Church to encourage community and explore values like respect, compassion, and kindness. Additionally, all are welcome at Trinity Church Wall Street’s services, programs and events for children, youth, and families.
Is early drop-off or late pick-up available?
Trinity Preschool opens at 8am and closes at 6pm, Monday through Friday. Drop-off and pick-up outside of these hours is not available.
Are meals provided at Trinity Preschool?
Parents are responsible for bringing meals and snacks for the children. Organic milk and filtered water are provided. Trinity Preschool is a peanut-free, tree nut–free facility.
Is stroller parking available?
Yes. Strollers are folded and hung on bars at the entrance to the school.
Does Trinity Preschool offer part-time enrollment options?
Yes. We offer two-day and three-day enrollment options in addition to five-day placements.
What is the enrollment process?
Classrooms are set in September for each school year, and rolling admissions occur year-round based on availability.
To enroll at Trinity Preschool, first submit our online request form. After you submit the form, you will be contacted to set up a tour, during which you’ll discuss your desired enrollment date. A registration fee of $250 is required to enroll, or if necessary, to be placed on the waiting list.
How far in advance of my desired enrollment date should I take a tour?
Since admissions are first-come, first-served at Trinity Preschool, please contact us as soon as you are interested. Although there is often a waiting list, we do sometimes we have immediate openings available, so don’t be shy about calling to ask about openings or scheduling a tour.

How will I be billed?
Trinity Preschool parents receive an invoice each month via email, which is payable by check.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes, there is a 10% discount for siblings. For more information, please visit our Tuition page.
Are any other discounts available?
Yes, Trinity Preschool offers at 10% discount to parishioners of Trinity Church Wall Street. For more information, visit our Community page.
Is financial aid available?
Trinity Preschool offers a need-based financial aid program, and financial aid awards are determined and awarded annually based on a family’s demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Typically applications are due in January, families are notified in February, and funding begins in September for the school year (September of the current year through August of the following).
